Dr Faisal Ahmad Alserhan is a Jordanian academic and media scholar specialising in journalism, public relations, and media studies. He currently serves as Dean of the Faculty of Media and Journalism at the Arab Open University – Jordan, where he leads academic programs focused on communication, public opinion, and modern media practices. Dr. Alserhan is also an Associate Professor of Public Relations, with a strong academic background and teaching experience in media and communication disciplines. His research interests include media discourse, persuasion strategies, journalism ethics, and public communication, and he has published scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals, including research on media strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic in Jordan. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Alserhan is an active writer, public intellectual, and media commentator, contributing opinion pieces and engaging in public discussions on journalism, national issues, and media responsibility in Jordan.
