Statistical Data Analysis at FCS:
The FCS has been keeping track of data related to students' performance for the past more than five years. The SIS system at AOU is the main source of obtaining valuable statistical data about students' performance. The FCS analyses this data as part of its Data Analysis effort to obtain useful insights into the performance of students studying in its undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. This analysis covers many aspects like Net-Registered-Students, Offered-Modules, Pass-Rate, Average-NumberOfStudentsPerClass, Dropout, Attendance, and many other criteria that help the top management to take the appropriate decisions. Some of the Data Visualizations and Insights are presented and discussed during the exam board meetings. A snapshot from the data analysis is shown below:
