Our main goal at Human Resources is to provide all human capital with all benefits to facilitate their work and motivation according to the standards, roles and regulations of AOU.
Since the basic vision of the department is to improve employee satisfaction and performance it's in our main interest to answer to any problem or obstacles and make sure to solve them, the department monitors all employees attendance, transactions such as vacations leaves and insurance services and communicates with other AOU branches and manage all correspondences with other official institutes or banks when needed, we also provide clarification to any of AOUs roles and regulations to insure work flow smoothness.
Reporting is also an essential part of the department, it helps in identifying KPIs and eliminates threats.
Secretarial Bureau
The department archives and registers all incoming and outgoing mail and correspondences with in AOU or with official institutions and other AOU branches and HQ.
The departments main goal is to insure easy search and access to any needed document or information to save time and efforts.
Supply & procurement
The department mainly make deals and contracts with service and supply providers to insure getting the best quality in the best price with in AOU standards and procedures for all needed supply and equipment, also monitoring inventory and restocking points for supply and stationary to guarantee work flow continuity.
