Active Participation for Arab Open University – Jordan in the 2026 Debating Championship
A team of students from the Arab Open University – Jordan participated in the preliminary rounds of the 2026 National Arabic Universities Debating Championship. This event is considered one of the most prominent academic activities at the university level and serves as the qualifying stage for the International Championship in Qatar.
This participation reflects the University's commitment to developing students' critical thinking and constructive dialogue skills, as well as honing their ability to discuss contemporary issues using scientific and methodical approaches. Such championships provide an essential platform for exchanging ideas and fostering a culture of dialogue and mutual respect.
The University was represented by students Razan Dawood, Abdel-Qader Bani Hamad, Farah Al-Deiri, and Mohammad Hammad, under the supervision of the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Samir Al-Sous, throughout two consecutive days of competition.
