Arab Open University – Jordan Holds Workshop on Employing AI Applications in Scientific Research and the Educational Process
The Arab Open University – Jordan (AOU) organized a workshop entitled, "The University's Policy in Employing Artificial Intelligence Applications in Scientific Research and the Teaching-Learning Process."
The workshop was held with in-person attendance for faculty members in Jordan and was joined by faculty members from Sultanate of Oman, Egypt, and Lebanon via video conferencing (Zoom).
The workshop was presented by Dr. Mufeed Abu Mousa, Dean of the Faculty of Education and Vice President for Academic Affairs. He covered the most prominent policies and practices adopted by the University in integrating Artificial Intelligence technologies into education and scientific research, in line with global developments in this field.
The session witnessed the attendance of several deans of colleges and faculty members at the University, as part of AOU's plans aimed at enhancing innovation and developing the educational process to align with the requirements of the digital age.
