Must be a graduate of a university or institution recognized by the Arab Open University/Jordan.
Applicants must not be retirees from any public or private sector/entity.

Accountant (Collections)
Responsibilities:
Collect tuition fees, registration fees, and student service charges.
Issue financial receipts and record payment transactions in the financial system.
Monitor student balances and prepare aging of accounts receivable reports.
Communicate with students, parents, and donors regarding outstanding dues.
Reconcile bank transfers and electronic payment transactions.
Prepare periodic reports for the Finance Department regarding collection rates.
Follow up on installment plans and ensure compliance with payment schedules.
Process returned checks or declined payments.
Maintain and archive financial documents according to university policies.
Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in educational institutions.
Knowledge of ERP systems or university financial software.
Proficiency in MS Excel and electronic payment systems.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication skills with students and parents.
Ability to clearly explain financial systems and payment policies.
High accuracy in data entry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure during peak registration periods.
Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of student data.

2. Computer Technician
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for classrooms equipped with Interactive Smart Screens and Datashows to ensure readiness for lectures.
Manage and maintain traditional computer labs (Hardware/Software).
Monitor and operate labs based on VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) to ensure stable performance.
Support Artificial Intelligence (AI) labs, including specialized software and hardware requirements.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to devices, networks, and operating systems in labs and classrooms.
Oversee software/system updates and implement security and data protection policies.
Document technical faults and procedures taken to ensure quality and efficiency.
Train and assist faculty members and students on the optimal use of available technologies.
Assist students in resolving hardware-related issues within their courses.
Stay updated with technical developments and provide recommendations for new technologies.
Commitment to attending training courses required by the administration.
Qualifications:
Intermediate Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in technical support and system maintenance, specifically in:
Managing and supporting VDI environments (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Nutanix Frame).
Dealing with AI lab systems and related GPU systems.
Maintaining interactive screens, projectors, and classroom multimedia systems.
Hardware Troubleshooting and maintenance.
Technical & Personal Skills:
Proficiency in Windows; knowledge of Linux is a plus.
Good knowledge of LAN management and TCP/IP protocols.
Ability to handle Classroom Management Software.
Experience with user management systems like Active Directory.
Familiarity with cybersecurity and data protection principles.
High problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to technical failures.

3. Building Engineer / Facilities Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project planning strategies, including goals, resources, and timelines.
Create detailed schedules and monitor progress to ensure compliance with deadlines.
Supervise field operations and coordinate construction activities according to plans.
Estimate project costs and monitor budgets across all project phases.
Ensure work quality and compliance with required standards and specifications.
Provide guidance to contractors and suppliers to ensure performance aligns with project requirements.
Prepare periodic reports on project progress, potential issues, and proposed solutions.
Analyze potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and occupational safety (HSE) standards.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the efficiency of campus facilities.
Manage the maintenance team (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Security, and Technical systems).
Plan and manage Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.
Collaborate with various university departments to meet their facility needs.
Evaluate system performance and provide periodic reports to senior management.
Manage the allocated budget for maintenance and facility operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (minimum).
Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong team player.
High accuracy in report preparation and proficiency in engineering and accounting systems.
