Arab Open University-HQ is seeking to appoint a full time Quality Assurance specialist for the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Department. Duties include internal audit, monitoring of performance indicators and related follow up activities, liaising with various university sectors on data analysis and producing Quality Assurance audit reports.

 Post Requirements:

  Bachelor Degree in any of the following fields:

- Business Administration.

-Information Technology& Computing,

-Education (Evaluation and Measurement)

- At least five years of recent technical and managerial experience involving Quality Assurance and   internal Audit in a well -known academic institution or an international organization.

-Extensive experience as a certified auditor ISO 9001 (Quality Management System).

- Good experience in data analysis and processing.

-Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills, including the ability to interpret and effectively communicate policies, strategies and procedures.

-Sound knowledge of Quality Assurance and enhancement principles.

-Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English.

-High level interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a team and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
