The Admissions and Registration Department at the University announces the extension of the period for submitting absence excuses for final examinations of the first semester of the academic year 2025/2026 until Saturday, 7/2/2026.

Accordingly, all students who have submitted excuse requests but have not completed the required procedures or have not paid the prescribed exam postponement fees must complete all necessary procedures through the university’s electronic portal no later than Saturday, 7/2/2026.

Please note that no excuses will be accepted and no procedures will be completed after this date. Any student who fails to adhere to the specified deadline will be considered failed in the course.

All students are kindly requested to comply with the above to avoid any academic consequences.
