The Multimedia and Graphic Technology Department Organizes the First Training Workshop as Part of the AOUers Student's Talk Initiative
The Multimedia and Graphic Technology Department at the Arab Open University – Jordan organized the first training workshop under the AOUers Student's Talk initiative, titled:
"Mastering the Basics of Adobe InDesign – A Comprehensive Training Workshop".
The session was delivered by Mahmoud Al-Taamari, a distinguished student from the department, as part of the university’s commitment to supporting student entrepreneurship and enhancing students' technical skills through collaborative learning.
The workshop aimed to enable participants to become familiar with the fundamentals of using Adobe InDesign, one of the leading desktop publishing and typographic design programs. The training included hands-on sessions covering essential skills for designing print materials such as brochures, magazines, books, and more.
Dr. Bahaa Mustafa, Head of the Multimedia and Graphic Technology Department, stated:
"This workshop marks the launch of the AOUers Student's Talk initiative, which was introduced by the department to provide students with the opportunity to showcase their skills and share their experiences with peers, fostering an interactive learning environment based on knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and community engagement."
