Arab Open University – Jordan participated in the career guidance exhibition "Guide Your Compass 4" held at Al-Ruwwad International Academy, under the patronage of Mr. Abdel Hakim Al-Shawabkeh, Director of the University District Directorate of Education. Representing him was Dr. Ahlam Al-Shalabi, Director of Educational Affairs, along with Mr. Abdullah Duwaghreh, Head of Educational Supervision, and Dr. Abdel Fattah Al-Shammout, General Director of the schools. The event witnessed broad participation from public and private universities, as well as Jordanian colleges and institutes.
This type of event plays an important role in raising students' awareness and guiding them toward informed academic and career choices. The exhibition aims to introduce students to various career paths, academic majors, and future professions. The career fair will continue for three consecutive days.
In this context, Dr. Mofeed Abu Mousa, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs at the Arab Open University – Jordan, emphasized the significance of the university’s participation, noting that such events enhance the university’s role in the community and help guide students toward successful academic and professional futures.
This participation aligns with the university’s strategic plan, through the Community Engagement and Marketing Department, to strengthen academic and professional collaboration between various educational institutions.
