Multimedia and Graphic Technology Department at the "Arab Open University" and Students Visit the Ibn Al-Bawwab Exhibition
The Multimedia and Graphic Technology Department at the Arab Open University – Jordan, along with its students, visited the Ibn Al-Bawwab Exhibition at Ras Al-Ain Gallery. This visit was marked by the participation of one of the department’s outstanding graduates, Doaa Hammou, who showcased a collection of calligraphic artworks in the exhibition.
Professor Moayad Al-Yazouri led an informative tour for the students around the displayed artworks, explaining the types of scripts used and the various materials employed in the artistic works. The tour provided an excellent opportunity for students to learn about Arabic calligraphy and its different applications, as well as to benefit from the experiences of the participating artists.
This visit comes as part of the department’s efforts to strengthen the connection between students and the artistic community, and to encourage them to participate in cultural and artistic events that contribute to developing their skills and enriching their educational experience both in Jordan and beyond.
