Important Announcement for Graduates: Graduation Ceremony & Yearbook Photos
Dear Graduates,
The Deanship of Student Affairs extends its warmest greetings and heartiest congratulations on your success and graduation. We wish you continued prosperity and success in your future endeavors.
The Graduation Ceremony and Yearbook Committee hereby announces the requirements for graduates of the 2024–2025 academic year (First, Second, and Summer semesters) and the 2025–2026 academic year (First and Second semesters).
Students are required to visit the university starting from Saturday, April 18, 2026, until Sunday, June 28, 2026. Please visit during official working hours (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM) on Saturdays and Sundays of each week to complete the following procedures:
Financial Clearance: Visit the Finance Department to obtain clearance and pay the graduation participation fee of 42.60 JOD.
Graduation Gowns: Collect your graduation gowns from the Supplies and Warehouses Department.
Yearbook Photography: Photos will be taken in the Study Area Hall.
Important Notes:
Dress Code: Students must wear the official graduation gown and cap during the photo session.
Photo Submission: The university will not accept personal photos. Only photos provided directly by Al-Qurm Studio will be approved for the yearbook.
Summer Semester 2025–2026 Students: An announcement for students expected to graduate in the Summer Semester will be released at a later date.
