Dr. Ala’a Zuhair Al-Mansour serves as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Business Studies at the Arab Open University (AOU) in Amman, Jordan. He earned his Ph.D. in Accounting, specializing in Forensic Accounting, from Universiti Utara Malaysia (AACSB accredited), where he also completed his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting at the Othman Yeop Abdullah Graduate School of Business (AMBA accredited).

Dr. Al-Mansour’s research portfolio reflects a robust focus on forensic accounting, financial criminology, auditing, and corporate governance, with advanced proficiency in quantitative research methodologies, particularly Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). His scholarly contributions include numerous publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals, addressing critical issues such as fraud detection, tax evasion, and the impact of corporate governance on SME performance.

In his academic role, Dr. Al-Mansour is dedicated to cultivating future professionals through a curriculum that includes Financial Accounting, Auditing, Forensic Accounting, and Financial Analysis. His commitment to advancing accounting research and his active involvement in professional associations underscore his dedication to the field. Dr. Al-Mansour’s academic endeavors are complemented by a strong commitment to high ethical standards, contributing both to the Arab Open University and the broader accounting and auditing community.
