A Memorandum of Understanding and Training was signed at the Arab Open University between the University, represented by the Center for Continuing Education and Community Service, and the Modern Languages Center (MLC). The agreement was endorsed and signed by Prof. Tahrir Hamdi, University Director, and Mr.  Faris H. Awad, General Manager of MLC.

The goal of the agreement is to offer and implement diplomas and training courses and to designate the University as a venue for conducting several international language examinations provided by the Modern Languages Center in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It also aims to provide research and training consultations in line with the center's needs.

Prof. Hamdi emphasized the University's commitment to serving the local community in all its aspects and providing job opportunities for individuals through training programs that meet labor market demands​
