Unpublished papers and extended versions of papers presented at conferences may be submitted for possible publication in IAJeT and No charges required from authors for publishing their papers in IAJet.. Responsibility for the contents of a paper rests upon the authors and not upon the editors or the publisher. Surveys and tutorial papers are welcome. Please read and follow these instructions carefully. Doing so will ensure that the review and publication of your paper is as rapid and efficient as possible. The editors reserve the right to return manuscripts that are not prepared in accordance with these instructions.

Submission

Electronic submission of manuscripts as Microsoft€s Word document via IAJeT OpenConf is a must. IAJeT OpenConf is a management system that automates the paper submission and the whole reviewing process. It can be accessed via IAJeT web site at www.iajet.org. A final preparation format is available in the web site. Any question regarding submission or the reviewing process should be directed to the Editor-in-Chief at info@iajet.org. Work submitted for publication must not be published previously or under consideration for publication elsewhere and, if accepted, it should not then be published elsewhere in the same form. If previously published figures, tables, or parts of text are to be included, the copyright-holder€s permission must have been obtained prior to submission. Authors of accepted papers should provide a photo and a brief biography of each author.

Author's responsibilities

• We encourage authors to participate in peer review process but it is not mandatory for submitting their research work to IAJeT for publication ;
• All authors have significantly contributed to the research;
• Authors include statement that all data in article are real and authentic;
• Authors are obliged to provide retractions or corrections of mistakes;
• Reported work is original and written by the authors;
• Reported work has not been previously published and has been submitted only to that journal;
• Where material is taken from other sources (including their own published writing), the source is clearly cited and, where appropriate, permission is obtained;
• The work does not infringe on the rights of others, including privacy rights and intellectual property rights;
• Data are true and not manipulated;
• Data are their own or they have permission to use data reproduced in their paper;
• Any real or apparent conflicting or competing interest is clearly stated upon submission of the paper (this would include funding assistance);
• Authors should adhere to all research ethics guidelines of their discipline, particularly where human or animal subjects are involved;
• Authors should contact the editor to identify and correct any material errors upon discovery, whether prior or subsequent to publication of their work;
• Authorship of the paper is accurately represented, including ensuring that all individuals credited as authors participated in the actual authorship of the work and that all who participated are credited and have given consent for publication.

Peer-review process

Upon receiving a paper, it is passed anonymously to four of our Technical Committee members who are specialized in the area of the paper. The paper is peer reviewed based on originality and contribution using a special report. IAJeT Local Editorial Board decides to accept or reject a paper based on the reviewers reports. We usually take a decision when receiving at least three reports. The selection of reviewers is taken based on no conflict of interest and all reviewers decisions are treated confidentially.

Publishing ethics issues

• Monitor/safeguard publishing ethics;
• Establish guidelines for retracting articles;
• Maintain integrity of the academic record;
• Preclude business needs from compromising intellectual and ethical standards;
• Be willing to publish corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies when needed;
• Guard against plagiarism and/or fraudulent data;

Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis or as an electronic preprint), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, including electronically without the written consent of the copyright-holder.

Screening for Plagiarism

All submitted papers are checked for plagiarism using Turnitin before they undergo the peer-review process.

Copyright and Access

It is a condition of publication in IAJeT that authors assign copyright to the publisher. This ensures that requests from third parties to reproduce articles are handled efficiently and consistently and will also allow the article to be as widely disseminated as possible. In assigning copyright, authors may use their own material in other publications provided that IAJeT is acknowledged as the original place of publication, and the publisher is notified in writing and in advance.Download the Transfer of Copyright Agreement.

We are a free journal and authors do not need to pay any fees. Also all published papers can be accessed and downloaded for free from our web site.

Preparation of the Manuscript

Papers must be clearly written in English. The text should be presented on A4 or an equivalent size. All parts of the manuscript should be in two columns format, except the first part of the paper which includes the title, the abstract, and the list of keywords. The paper length should not exceed 8 single-spaced double column pages, including figures and tables. Margins of 15 mm should be left around the left, right, and bottom sides of the text. The top margin should be 25 mm. Please number each page but provide a short running title on the title page only. The title page, page number one, should contain the following information: the paper title, a brief abstract, a set of keywords, and text. Be sure not to include the authors' names in your paper. The abstract should be concise and not longer than 250 words. Immediately following the abstract, no more than six keywords are to be supplied for subject indexing. Keywords should not simply be taken from the title of the paper, but should be representative of the content of the whole paper and characteristic of the terminology used within the particular field of study. The introduction of the paper must be clearly written and should explain the nature of the problem, previous work, purpose and the contribution of the paper. The introduction is assigned number 1€, and following sections are assigned numbers as needed. A conclusion section must be included and should indicate clearly the advantages, limitations, and possible applications. Footnotes to the main text are acceptable and should be identified by superscripted numbers. Footnotes should appear on the page of citation.

References

This section is not assigned a number. Only published articles or reports readily accessible in the general literature should be cited. The references should be numbered in alphabetical order by the first authors last name. Internationally accepted abbreviations of journal titles may be used.

Citations in the text should be by number and enclosed in square brackets. Where there are more than three contributing authors, please list only one and use et al. The following format for references should be followed:

Figures

Figures should be presented in the text of the paper. All figures should be formatted to fit into, or be reduced to, a single (85 mm) or double (178 mm) column width. Line illustration or camera-ready text must be of sufficient quality for publication as submitted i.e. clear, clean, sharp and of an even density. Figures will not be redrawn or relabeled. Any lettering or text should be in proportion to the rest of the figure. Halftones (photographs) should be of sufficient quality with respect to detail, contrast and fineness of grain to withstand the unavoidable loss of contrast inherent in the printing process.

Proofs

One round of page proof will be sent to the corresponding author for checking. To avoid delays in online publication, proofs should be checked and returned immediately by email to the Editor-in-Chief. Authors can obtain their work by accessing the online web site for the journal.
