An Overview about the Admission and Registration Department
It is an executive service department for decisions and regulations that serve, direct and guide the students. It is a source for the accurate database of staff tutors and the rest of administrative and academic department. It is considered to be the first chapter that the student enters and the last station he exists where he awarded the certificate of the degree he deserves.

It represented in ensuring the promotion of the university's reputation of distinguished service and dealing transparently with all student and reviewers which helps to give positive image about university and its departments.

Important Missions:
- Acceptance of new and transferred students according to the principles of the higher education Ministry instructions.
- Opening and organizing files for accepted students to save all their documents.
- Completing the procedures of registration for all students at the beginning of every semester.
- Issuing all transcripts of students and their certificates after graduate and all documents the need with high accuracy.
- Providing students with different documents they need such as transcripts /certificate... etc...
- Preparing different statistics and data to be submitted by decision makers in the university.
- Preparing the academic schedule. Following up and checking the study plans to be revised according to the instructions.
- Preparing for graduation ceremony in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Supervising the implementation of instructions that related in offering the Bachelors degree, Higher Diploma and Masters Degree in the university.
